Recently purchased the ring. I love it but it is already changing color that no jewelry cloth will remove. What do I do?
I haven’t heard of any problems with the Lotti Dotties changing color. They are silver-plated, so any silver cleaning cloth should remove any tarnish. You can also try a paste made from backing soda and water. Did you purchase it from us? If you did and have your receipt, please e-mail or call. If you didn’t get it from us, I would suggest contacting whoever you purchased the ring from and seeing if they can help you out.
How can I clean the Lotti Dottie Jewelry?
The Lotti Dotties jewelry is all sterling silver-plated. The company that makes them recommends cleaning it with a jewelry cleaning cloth. Sometimes liquid cleaners can be too harsh on the plating.
Do the Lottie Dotties fit on the Kameleon brand jewelry?
No they do not. The Lotti Dotties use a magnetic attachment, whereas Kameleon has a small post with a rubber grommet on it.

how does the tops cme off?
All of the Lotti Dotties jewelry is magnetic. There is a hole in the backside of the jewelry to pop the dotties out.
I lost a red lotti dottie from my bracelet – My friend had the same problem. Any solutions?
I would just make sure the Dotties are seated properly in the jewelry and take care when wearing them. I actually haven’t heard of any of our other customers losing their Dotties and I, personally, wear mine all of the time. The heart bracelet dangles a bit more, so perhaps one of the bracelets where the back is in accessible would be a bit more secure. Hope that helps!
Did the stone come loose from the magnet? I have had that problem with 3 of mine luckily I found 2 and super glued them back together. So far the repaired magnets and stones have stayed together.
